I just fixed this situation yesterday and checked it in. There used to be two projects,
org.teiid.designer and org.teiid.designer-feature, that both had the same ID. Never
caused any problems for us before, but the feature project has been deleted and its
contents are now merged within the org.teiid.designer project.
