i.e. only in the case where the project is *not* a java project does new class create it
in the selected element - for java projects the selected element have to be on the
source/build path to be considered otherwise it just chooses the first folder.
Create New BPEL Process does not put it in the bpelContent folder

When you create a New BPEL Process, it does not automatically create it in the BPEL
folder. I believe this is required for the deploy-bpel.xml to find the ports as mentioned
