Confirmed. I got the same problem when installed it under root user and created shortcut
for all users. Then started it form Programming menu under regular user.
Splashscreen is Eclipse instead of JBDS (except the first run)

But I have seen this behavior on old Fedora 11 and JBDS 3.something, too.

When I start JBDS for the first time after installation, then splashscreen is JBDS. But
on second and all next starts, the splashscreen is Eclipse.
