We have release notes for JBDS where i can put it but for jbosstools the best place is to
have it in the actual docs since this will be and have been like this forever.

If I open a JBDS workspace and I'm directly in the JBoss AS perspective
with the console view opened and then, I start one of the servers, the
console shows nothing as you can see from the screenshot.
There's a bug somewhere there.
