I've installed Eclipse 7.2 and same thing happens.
I think this confuses it:

<ui:include src="/menu.xhtml"></ui:include>
</ui:insert>
That's where I get empty page.

Just updated JBoss Tools to Beta1 (then tried Beta3 with the same result) and it started
crashing my Eclipse 7.1. Also it can't visualy show many xhtml files, only white empty
page is shown instead.
When I switched back to M5 version, all is ok again.
I am working on a web project and I use Eclipse, Tomcat 7 and JSF 2.1.
