I tweaked Daniel's GWT images to remove that white area and also kept the proper
images for Richfaces and HTML5.
I'm leaving DESIGN-261 open as I'd like to see these images in their
"folder" version in the future (at least compare them to what we have today) and
make a decision then.

the dialog opened with example details does not "inherit" the icon from the
actual example.
