Why to wait for TP?
We already do all development upstream. QE can use the upstream site for testing it until
we update TP. There is no value to keep the outdated stuff in JBT which we should remove
anyway, or I'm missing something?
Need to remove bower / npm from jboss.tools.jsdt

Need to perform a cleanup in jboss.tools.jst.jsdt repo and remove related plugins / tests

Bower is in eclipse upstream and we probably will need reflect it in new & noteworthy
