not yet. once we are ready to consume such they will. i.e. we should take the existing
quickstarts and try add projectexamples.xml to them (now that we support relative files)
and see what happens when we import them.
note - this doens't really relate to this issue though, does it ?

There are many quickstarts (we got ~7 but there are 30 planned) - should find a way to
make this scale in the ui.
Two options:
1) The full dynamic solution where the client iterates "top 15" 5 of
the time.
2) The simple solution where we just update the server side content to
"refresh" content.
#2 is adding a "jbosscentral_quickstart" tag which only will be applied to 7 or
so at one time.
