This bug is caused by the different namespace.
The bpel 1.1 partnerlinktype namespace is:
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/05/partner-link/
The bpel 2.0 partnerlinktype namespace is:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsbpel/2.0/plnktype/
So we do not need to fix this issue. But if user use the bpel editor to open a file that
includes the bpel1.1 parterlinktype, he should change the namespace at first.

Open a bpel file (this file is not created by the bpel editor, but is from outside. The
bpel file will import some wsdl files. The partner link type is defined in these wsdl
files)
Choose a partner link, in the properties view, detail tab, you can see the name of the
partner link type.
But on this scene, the partner link type name is not correct.
