When I try to create the server from console view for an OpenShift application that has
not been imported yet, the New Server wizard displays the correct error message that I
should import the application first but the Next and Finish buttons are enabled and I can
create the server without deploy project configured.

When creating a server adapter from the OpenShift Express console, its configuration
seems broken: host is localhost, appName and appId are set to null.
So, it can't open the "Remote Console" to tail files...
