Retested on Fedora 25 with devstudio-10.4.0.GA-v20170504-2114-B29.
Problem isn't solved. I am still getting error window with "No more
handles". The same symptoms are in clean Eclipse Neon 3.

Workraund works fine. I didn't see any problems when I started Devstudio using
devstudio-wayland script.

Workaround: Add GDK_BACKEND=x11 in devstudio.ini file to force use x11 to run JBDS.
