I have checked inline-example on JBDS 1.1.0.Beta1, win 32 and on
JBossTools-2.1.0.Beta1-ALL-win32. There it works now.
This bug was fixed after Tools 2.01 were released. I'll attach a picture.

Problem with loading css style included with help of <link> tag.
Steps:
1. EXECUTE: Unpack Celebrere.zip (attached) in WebContent/celebrere folder of a project
2. EXECUTE: Open index.html file in VPE and in browser
3. FAILURE: In VPE no header background image
4. EXECUTE: Open style.css file and find #header style declaration.

background-image: url(images/hd.gif);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
overflow: hidden;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
}
5. EXECUTE: Copy it into idex.html and refresh VPE
6. ASSERT: Now header background image is present
So now VPE has problem with resolving url if css style loaded via <link> tag.
