it's not a regression. It's issue of WTP JSF facet and can be reproducable in
Dinamic Web Project Wizard. Let's try to fix it for 3.1.1 since this exception
doesn't brake anything and just goes to log. Maybe we will be able to work around the
issue in our Seam Wizard.
Aleksey please report this issue in eclipse bugzilla too.
