How often do we send such emails?
Every time we update the TP in a significant way; perhaps 1-3x per sprint.
How much time does it take?
10 minutes? Not sure -- you've sent them too.
Is there usually some small tweaks necessary (that cannot be
automated)?
Yes, the content changes each time but the changes are all parameterizable, like I have
done here [1].
