When Hibernate3CompaundEditor is being initialized it creates pages. One of the page is
text editor page. So, for this page the RedHatStructuredTextViewerConfigurationXML is
always used. This configuration is used even if we open hbm.xml files in eclipse XML
Editor. BMXMLStructuredTextViewerConfiguration configuration is never used redardless of
the fact that it is declared in plugin.xml.
