OK, content you want back in jbosstools-central is back, and the content you want back in
devstudio/product/plugins/ is back there too.
Once you're migrated, I can merge any new changes in devstudio/discovery/ into the
jbosstools-discovery repo and we'll be set.

https://svn.jboss.org/repos/devstudio/trunk/product/discovery/ until we have a project in
github for it), and remove it from the category.xml files that contain it:
