Resolution: Done
Packing/p2 problem stems from the fact that eclipse/ no longer has platform jars in it;
adding clean-eclipse/ to classpath and search path fixed the problem.
Local test passed on new site name in metadata.
Nightly, release, development and stable builds have the same name in
site.xml
