/preferences/preferences_7.png and visual_page/visual_page_9.png together with VPE
Preferences description were updated in the guide.Besides during the investigation I found
out that the changes also affected the Visual Page Editor view(new button was added to the
Visual/Source tab)
Vertical Spliting view is added to Visual/Source Editor
