Dependencies diagram is added on JBossTools wiki:
https://labs.jboss.com/wiki/InstallingJBossTools
In Getting Started guide the link on Wiki is added in "JBoss Tools Installation"
section.
In Seam guide "Installation into Eclipse" section will be changed and extended.
