Our quickfix is related to the org.jboss.tools.seam.core.seamProjectProblem type. I will
try to create a fix based on some other marker attribute. I suppose that IMarker.MESSAGE
is SeamProjectPropertyValidator.INVALID_RUNTIME when the runtime name is invalid.

Seam markers are of the type org.eclipse.wst.validation.problemmarker that is invalid.
I suppose the issue is caused by fixing JBIDE-3701 or JBIDE-3336.
