I cannot replicate this on last version available from nightly GA update site on eclipse
3.5.1 with OpenJDK 1.6.
What is your JVM version?
Have you got this exception on brand new workspace?

After new clean install I can't see RichFaces and A4j in palette (see picture)
When i try DnD tld in palette nothing happen
