[~adietish] i made it intentionally. I think it mustn't be started when you create an
application, because it's not what you want, actually - you just create application
and "configure" Eclipse for your work.
In the opposite, when you create the server adapter itself - you do it intentionally to
use it right away, that's why it makes sense to start it automatically.

Key: JBIDE-24984
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-24984
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: openshift
Affects Versions: 4.5.1.AM1
Reporter: Andre Dietisheim
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 4.5.x
# EXEC: create a new application (ex. eap based one, can be any type) in OpenShift
# ASSERT: resources are created successfully
# EXEC: when asked, have it imported to your workspace
# ASSERT: app source code is imported to the Eclipse workspace
# EXEC: when asked have it create a server adapter
Result:
The server adapter wont start automatically as it does when you create it manually for an
existing application (ex. via context menu for a service in OpenShift explorer)
