Added to JBT agg update site in WebTools category ("Web and Java EE
Development"), but NOT in "AllTools" category for now. If you want to add
it, talk to Max, then see ~/trunk/build/aggregate/site/site.xml.
Hook up the Forge tools into the main JBT build.
