Publishing to a remote server should now properlty include a lot more information in the
progress monitor (in progress view etc). It should update you on which file is being
coppied currently, and what percent of the file is done.

Currently it just gives me a progress bar + percentage, which is fine when it's local
(and so quick) but when it's remote a publish can take say 20 minutes, so know more
about what it is doing would be good.
