John Doyle, the New Teiid Model Project wizard doesn't open the Teiid Designer
(Perspective) by default. We should be able to add the perspective ID for
"preferredPerspectives" and "finalPerspective" to the wizard extension
for the Teiid Model Project newWizards extension point.
