This has now been included in the release notes. However setting the resolution to
'done' for this issue is incorrect I believe. Instead I am reassigning this back
to Kris to be resolved as 'won't fix'.

It's not possible to create new Guider Rule via menu File > New > Drools. Tree
item "Guider Rule" is missing in wizard tree.
When trying to open guided rule file created with previous version of JBDS there is
missing option "Guided Rule Editor" in "Open With" context menu of
selected guided rule file.
