The value (not EL Value) in Substituted EL expressions may be several, but if we
punctuation some marks in input field the behavior become unpredictable. The value of
prefix in "Included tag libs" needs validation like an EL Value in Substituted
EL expressions, with some additions: the value can contain only letters (not case
sensitive), numbers, and underline symbols.
