lists the old 0.8.0 version of Eclipse BPEL, which then gets pulled into the TP.
So, it should be removed from there but not before there's a replacement source from
which to get the bits, as noted in my previous comment. Doug, let me know when you're
done w/ the above and it all builds nicely locally and in Jenkins, and I can then remove
org.eclipse.bpel*0.8 from the requirements mirror and our JBT/JBDS "Core" TPs.

Unable to create new server runtime in "New BPEL Project"

During creating a new BPEL project using a wizard there is an option for creating new
server runtime.
But there are two problems:
1. The list of types of runtime enviroment is empty
2. After checking "Create a new local server", this label with checkbox
disappear
