very minor issue - not crucical.
of course if there are some unnecessary refresh called then we should remove those, but
otherwise doing .refersh() on the tree is the only way to get the current content provider
to react.
Other option is that the deferredcontentprovider can listen for changes in an element and
notify the tree to repaint.
