No, Window-Reset Perspective does not seem to realign the icons in the toolbar.

The spacing of the icons in the JBDS6 toolbar is not "neat" when compared to
JBDS5.
Also, in the JBoss Perspective, I am not sure why there are debugger icons in the toolbar
- that is new in JBDS6/Juno - they were not there in JBDS5.
