Particularly when the path to the image is defined inside css style in "url" attribute. The issue happens when workspace path has symbols that shuld be escaped in css, like whitespaces, parentheses, etc: "${workspace_loc}/../runtime(2)". When JBDS resolves this path escaped symbols are written without any changes. It conducts to the failure that image is not displayed on the page.
