Note. JBDS 4.1.3 will include Teiid 7.4.4, but the Teiid job is currently broken, possibly
due to Target Platform changes done AFTER the Teiid 7.4.3 build ran on Jan 17.
More investigation is needed to determine if this is in fact the cause, and then to
determine the fix.
