Unfortunately, it is not available to JBT either, since I don't think there is a way
that only hide it from JBDS, a workaround is to change the Project Examples plugin to add
an new bpel examples site for JBT, if the the current JBDS build is not builded from
trunk, I will add the new site in trunk.
