Now it's fixed - -b is not used. But we still have the checkbox for "Listen on all interfaces to allow remote web connections" in the server editor. This doesn't make sense for these versions where -b is not supported. Not sure if this is worth the effort since AS 7.0.0 and 7.0.1 are old.
