yes, it uses hardcoded server/default/lib which is empty in AS 5.X., it is failing because
it cannot find hsql.jar.
hsqldb.jar cannot be copied in EAP server lib folder.

Possibly related with JBDS-808
Also version of JBoss AS used in this build is 5.0beta instead of 5.0.0GA...
