JBoss Tools cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency. Cause is
JBoss JAX-RS Tools plugin. I tried installation from update site and zip archive as well
and none of them were succesful when using Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers. When using
Eclipse IDE for Java Developers installation can complete, however seeing that we
primarily support installation JBT on Eclipse for EE Developers this is bug.
