Just delivered some cleanup to this code as well. Moved some repeated code into a method
to simplify things a bit when a filter property is added. Commented out all the code
we're not using. Considering this done for now. Will open a separate JIRA to move
these properties off to the properties view in a separate release.

1) Initially change the name of the "Overview" page to "Options" and
move it to be before the "Source" page
2) pare down the # of properties available to change on the page
(Spin these off into separate JIRAs)
3) Move these properties into the properties view
4) and wire properties to objects in the Outline view
