no changes are made.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-3533
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-3533
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Archives
Affects Versions: 3.0.0.beta1
Environment: Red Hat CSB
Reporter: Shaun Appleton
Fix For: 3.0.0.CR2
When editting an exploded archive and applying the default settings a compressed archive
is created.
Steps to reproduce this
1) Create an Exploded WAR
2) Select the Exploded WAR in the Project Archive view
3) Right-Click and choose Edit Archive
4) Ensure 'Exploded archive resulting in a folder (no compression)' is checked.
5) Select Finish.
Result: A compressed archive is created even though an exploded one is selected.
2 Workarounds exist -
i) As no changes are being made - just press Cancel.
ii) At step 4) if you switch from 'exploded' to 'compressed' and back to
'exploded' all is OK.
