When editing .xhtm page if you use #{} not in jsf tag then you get code completion for everything. If you use for example <h:outputText value=""></h:outputText> and in the value="" attribute i press ctrl+space it gives me code completion that exadel 4.0.4 gave before. If i write myself #{ in the attribute and than press ctrl + space it gives me completion for everything.
