Well, you were right with the warproject.launch file. The "Core" option was
there and was carried over to the JBDS. However, there is still a problem: The
"JPA" option works just fine in JBDS as I found out just now. I have two IDEs
opened at the same time, the one and only project is imported into the both IDEs
(Eclipse+JBossTools and JBDS) and in JBDS it's OK (I can open the hibernate
configuration and see the tables in the database) while in JBossTools the hibernate
configuration says "Could not create JPA based Configuration". And this is
really weird.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) import a Seam project generated by SeamGen, enable Seam support on the project
2) open Window -> Show View -> Hibernate Configurations, click the project in the
view
3) now you get the exception shown in the attached screenshot
