I had icons disabled in my Ubuntu.
See how it looks now with icons (and I moved the actions to Show In menu):
For servers (Show In -> File Browser):

I would really love an "Open With" menu on the Servers tab - something that
would allow me to open the internal Eclipse browser, mobile browsersim or my desktop
browser with the appropriate server/app name (e.g. http://localhost:8080/poh5-web)
