This is a duplicate of ERT-217, which has been resolved and should be available in RC3.
If docker is stopped, loading images will stuck the UI [EBZ#494605]

If the docker runtime is stopped or the docker connection info is bad (wrong IP), then
expanding the images (or containers) displays Loading... and the Eclipse UI is stuck and
not responsive anymore
