Merged. So now Buildship org.eclipse.buildship 2.0.2.v20170420-0906 is in Central.
But a newer version, 2.0.2.v20170420-0909, is included OOTB in the Eclipse Oxygen.0.M7
Java bundle... so this might be a bit redundant.
Anyway, I'll add the feature into the Core Tools categories next.
