it's better today (just half an hour for JBT installation), however GWT plugin
installation gets stuck on 48% and progress is vvvveeeery slow (installation launched from
New Project Example). I don't know how it goes in other parts of the world. This is
reported from Brno, Czech

When installing JBT from Marketplace it took me around half an hour of downloading
metadata and calculating dependencies. Another half an hour for rest of installation.
Reported speed is between 20kB/s - 40kB/s. This is really very slow even in comparison
with slowest update site I've seen. This speed is not acceptable for users I guess.
Some actions related to servers, infrastructure and traffic control should be taken.
