Resolution: Incomplete Description
I tried to play this on vista, linux and mac and no dice.
Rejecting it until we get a better description or fix.

try to play with it - try check item(s) / expand & collapse item(s) SEVERAL TIMES -
and you'll see some item unchecked (check state expected) and get cheched when you
collapse/expand item.
