Development category as Max requested in email". I forgot to include link to this
JIRA, right, but that doesn't matter when SVN history is ignored anyway :)

This is still just an experiment and not something we plan to support unless Google
continues to be ignorant,
but we should get it added into the JBT Build; but it should only be installed if someone
actually want's it/knows where it is - thus:
It should be in the JBT build/updatesite/zip
It should *not* be in the ALL Category, but only in the App Dev one.
It should *not* be in JBDS.
The name of the plugin/feature should contain "(experimental)" for M2.
