Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
I am not able to reproduce it today. I used exactly same steps to reproduce it as I did
yesterday (import prepared project, create project from scratch, open annotated class,
ctrl + hover on the annotation) and now it works. Thus, I am closing this issue because I
am not able to reproduce it anymore.

Hyperlink navigation based on Name Binding doesn't work. Ctrl (or cmd) + click on
annotation, which is annotated with @NameBinding, doesn't open pop-up with navigation
between appropriate classes.
