Um what? Yes there is...
servers view -> right click -> new server -> apache -> tomcat -> pick a
version, make a server adapter, try to add / remove dynamic web projects to it.
Run On Server dialog - Add and Remove - Remove is disabled always -
no chance to remove 1 resource
