Fix For: 3.1.0.CR2
Write a unit test that call the org.jboss.tools.common.test.util.TestProjectProvider to
import a project into workspace.
It will call org.jboss.tools.test.util.JobUtils.waitForIdle(long delay) to wait some
time.
If there are some long time tasks, this method will give a exception.
Now we need to give a message to let user know what is the long time task.
