It should support loading components for specific platform. For example cygwin and hyper-v
would be required only on windows.
Also would be good to support conditional loading like if hyper-v is detected then virtual
box should not be available for install.

Currently all the components are hardcoded into the initialization procedure. It would
help if there was a way to have them loaded somewhat dynamically form the
requirements.json file.
For example it would allow us to really remove cygwin from unix systems.
